About US
Based outside of Ann Arbor, Michigan, I’m a home baker with a love of baking all things cookies. I enjoy bringing new recipes to life, and seeing people’s excitement that comes with delivering each box of freshly-baked cookies! I’m incredibly blessed to be supported and encouraged by my family members who are taking part in this journey with me. Each cookie is baked from scratch with as many homemade ingredients as possible to ensure that a freshly baked, homemade cookie is felt throughout every bite.
Our signature Chocolate Lava Cookie was our first huge hit. Its fudgy, gooey, and yummy center is raved about by many, which inspired us to name the company after it! My family and I hope you enjoy Lava Cookie Company’s wide variety of mouth-watering flavors as much as we enjoy making them for you!

Placing orders - Use the link on the order page - then I will be in touch within 2-4 days with a quote for your order. Once you approve the quote, I will send an invoice and request 50% deposit to confirm the order. Your order is not confirmed until deposit is received and dates cannot be held without payment. Final Payment must be paid on delivery date.

Refunds + Cancellations Terms & Conditions
Due to the made-to-order nature of our product, Once order is confirmed and payment is received, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Thank you for understanding.
Packaging

Drop Cookies are - packaged in individual sealed cellophane bags and retain freshness for 2 weeks if stored in a cool dry place.

Decorated Cookies - are packaged in individual sealed cellophane bags and retain freshness for 2 -3 weeks if stored at room temperature out of direct sunlight. Do not store in the refrigerator to avoid condensation which may cause the colors to bleed.
